Maintenance Tech
DAYS/HOURS/SHIFTS : FT Tue-Sat 11am-7:30pm, Sun-Thursday 11am-7:30pm
RESPONSIBILITIES: Primarily responsible for plant operations and HVAC service and repair to include chillers, boilers, air handlers, packaged and split systems, fan coil units, Also works on low temp equipment such as freezers, refrigerators and ice machines. Any other work orders as assigned by Supervisor or Lead.
QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a self-starter, troubleshoot effectively and follow up. Must be EPA certified and have experience in HVAC. Experience with Chillers/Boilers is highly desirable. Two or more years experience is required. Trade school or degree is desired.
