Experienced LPN - Health Care Center
DAYS/HOURS/SHIFTS: FT 3-11pm varied days, including every other weekend.
JOB SUMMARY: Plans, organizes, and assists in the provision of direct and indirect resident care following established policies and procedures. Orients, instructs, and supervises personnel. The LPN is also responsible for his/her own actions. Assumes responsibility for his/her continued self-development in order to help plan and provide quality resident care.
QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 1-2 years experience in a long-term care facility as an LPN is required. Current LPN license in the state of Arizona or compact state. Must be able to obtain Class II fingerprint clearance and be able to effectively read, write, and communicate in English.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS: Demonstrates good body mechanics and proper use of gait belt before ambulation, lifting, or transferring residents. Must be able to reach above shoulder level, bend, squat, crouch, kneel, balance, push, pull, and lift 50 pounds.
