DAYS/HOURS/SHIFTS : PT 3pm-11pm Fri-Sun and On-Call weekends

RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide exceptional care to skilled nursing patients.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must have valid AZ CNA certification or have completed classes & passed test. Must obtain Class II fingerprint clearance. Must be able to read, write and communicate in English effectively. 1-2 years experience, as a C.N.A is required.
