Cafe Attendant

DAYS/HOURS/SHIFTS: PT 5:30a.m.-8:30p.m. varied days and must be able to work weekends.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide exceptionable customer service in a highly visible café environment. Must be proficient in use of a register/ point of sale, up selling of product, engaging customer interaction with an outgoing pleasant attitude. Provide support and be familiar with all areas of responsibility concerning the Village Café, including cleaning, restocking and following all directions from managers.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must be able to operate efficiently in a face paced environment, maintain a neat and clean area and appearance. Must have basic math skills, be honest and dependable. Must be able to stand, walk, lift and bend for three hours straight without a break. Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in English. Retail experience a plus but not necessary. Must possess (or obtain within 30 days) a Maricopa County Food Handler Card.
